We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when submitting contact forms, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details. This data is collected solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and delivering requested services.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on: (a) your explicit consent given when submitting the contact form; (b) the necessity to perform pre-contractual measures at your request; and (c) our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and improving our services.
4. Data Retention
Personal data submitted through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until the completion of the contracted service, whichever is later. After this period, all personal data is securely deleted from our systems.
5. Data Sharing
CreativeFormLab does not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers. Data may be shared with essential service providers (hosting, email delivery) who are bound by strict data processing agreements under GDPR Article 28.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data (Art. 15), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16), erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). 7. International Transfers
All personal data is stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud infrastructure. In the event of any transfer outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

Terms of Service
1. Scope of Agreement
All visual interface systems, kinetic interaction deliverables, design tokens, and component libraries provided by CreativeFormLab are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and CreativeFormLab, registered at 168 66 Svalvägen 6 Bromma, Sweden.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, CreativeFormLab assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, component libraries, and digital assets directly to the Client. Pre-existing CreativeFormLab frameworks and tools remain the property of CreativeFormLab.
3. Project Delivery
Delivery timelines specified in the Statement of Work are estimates based on typical project complexity. CreativeFormLab will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize schedule impact. Client feedback delays of more than 5 business days may extend delivery timelines proportionally.
4. Acceptance
Deliverables are deemed accepted upon Client written approval or, in the absence of written objection, 10 business days after delivery. Revisions beyond the scope defined in the SOW are subject to additional fee agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
CreativeFormLab's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific deliverables giving rise to the claim. CreativeFormLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform CreativeFormLab, registered at 168 66 Svalvägen 6 Bromma, Sweden, via email at [email protected].
2. Service Commencement
By requesting that work begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the services have been fully performed, or, in the case of ongoing services, once performance has begun with your express consent.
3. Custom Deliverables
Due to the bespoke nature of UI design, kinetic interaction systems, and component libraries, refunds for completed and delivered work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If deliverables materially fail to meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, CreativeFormLab will rectify the deficiencies at no additional cost.
4. Monthly Retainers
Monthly design retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any prepaid amounts for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. CreativeFormLab will notify you via email once a refund has been issued. For questions, contact [email protected].
